Make it official and sign B Corp. documents


In addition to passing the Survey, B Corporations must sign a term sheet which commits them to:

• Submit all supportive documentation for their B Survey

• Make the legal changes to their articles of incorporation within one year of certification.  If your state of incorporation is among 20 states that do NOT currently have corporate statutes that explicitly allow Directors to consider the interests of Stakeholders, please download the term sheet appropriate for your state here.

• Sign the Declaration of Interdependence as a symbol of their commitment to our shared collective purpose

• Pay B Lab an annual licensing fee based on the full-priced tiered structure below

      • During the first year of certification B Corporations pay only 50% of the full price
      • During the first five years of certification the annual fee is capped at $25,000
