Inesscents Aromatic Botanicals is a manufacturer of high quality, all natural and organic body care products. We strive to maintain the therapeutic integrity of our products by using minimal processing and by supporting organic practices.  We specialize in Fair Trade and unrefined African Shea Butter and Shea Oils and traditional African Black Soaps, Organic Mango Butter, Cocoa Butter, and much more.

We became a B Corporation to assist us in representing a mark of distinction amidst a natural products industry filled with claims and hype. We want to be acknowledged for the standard of quality and conscious living we set and connect with those who truly feel and live out this vision of health and sustainability.

Inesscents is about truly expressing simplicity. We use no preservatives, other than those naturally present in some of our raw materials (such as organic jojoba oil). We use only pure essential oils, absolutes, co2 extracts, and tree resins as fragrances for our scented products (including our natural perfume oils). Our ingredients lists stay short and sweet—nothing questionable or unrecognizable. We believe in the wisdom of the Earth’s medicines and strive to maintain their purity and perfection.

Inesscents Aromatic Botanicals belives in the wisdom of Mother Nature's medicine and strive to maintain their perfection and simplicity. We seek to create more awareness around ecologically sound product development, based upon education, in order to create conscious consumerism.

• Our African Shea Butter comes from Togo, West Africa, where women make the Shea butter using the same traditional methods that their ancestors have used for generations. Producing Shea butter in this way, as opposed to high heat refinement which destroys many of the healing properties, preserves the therapeutic integrity of the product. Inesscents™ African Shea Butter is not “Certified Organic”, as there are no organic certification standards in West Africa. However, it is sustainably harvested from the wild and produced in a traditional manner according to FAIR TRADE standards.

• Absolutely no animal testing has ever been done on any product we sell, and all of our ingredients are entirely plant-based. We bring to you only the safe and gentle formulations that we use on our own children.

• All of the paper we use is 100% post-consumer waste or 100% Tree Free. We also reuse or recycle all of our packing and shipping material.
