Sustainable Harvest seeks two MBA students to analyze Sustainable Harvest's (SH) sales strategy. Over a 10 week fellowship, the first 3-4 weeks will be spent evaluating current SH customer sales, as well as an evaluation of customer needs and wants. For the remainder of the fellowship, MBA fellows will examine challenges within our current sales model, which does not currently involve smallscale roasters. Sustainable Harvest is interested in the fellows examining what it would take for SH to incorporate smallscale roasters into our business model, without increasing staff, but potentially with technology systems.
