In June 2020, we released our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organization. B Lab has embarked on a learning journey consisting of education on anti-Black racism and other forms of global oppression while centering justice in our work. Our commitment written by Dr. Ellonda L. Williams, Director of the Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion team at B Lab states that:
