B Movement Builders

Celebrating a successful chapter of B Lab’s work with multinational companies - and looking to the future.

For almost five years, the B Movement Builders program ran as a collaborative coalition program that catalyzed the global movement of business as a force for good.

As we launch B Lab’s new standards, we’re transforming many of our processes and programs.  This includes a decision to retire the B Movement Builder program in its current form. Established from September 2020 to March 2025, this program was designed for multinational companies (MNCs) with at least $1B in annual revenue, creating a pathway to start their journey towards becoming certified B Corps and deliver real, transformational impact.

We continue to recognise the impact of big business in delivering on B Lab’s Theory of Change and  multinationals must continue working to address the compounding crises facing our world — from climate change to wealth inequality. B Lab is excited to be working on new future-fit products and programs and will share more details in late 2025.

Celebrating the achievements of the B Movement Builders Program (2020-2025)

Bolstered by customized support from the B Movement Builders program, participating companies made credible commitments, identified opportunities for scalable collaboration, and worked internally to affect impactful transformation, accelerating systems change through business behavior and culture. B Movement Builders received guidance from Danone and Natura&Co who served as mentors.

We’re excited to share that among the companies that participated in the program, several  aim to have achieve full group certification in 2025, with others following in 2026.
