Iroquois Valley is a Public Benefit Corporation and Certified B-Corp that offers investors the opportunity to support independent organic farmers with land access and working capital through two unique investment offerings. Our portfolio consists of 75 farmer relationships, covers 20 states and over 35,000 acres of farmland. We offer investors an opportunity to own a diverse portfolio of organic farmland by investing in our REIT Equity Share. Additionally, we raise capital through promissory notes that support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) by reducing the cost of borrowing for eligible farmers. Our investor base is large and consists primarily of over 900 high net worth individuals.
