To date they have helped to raise over £12 million, transforming the lives of 3 million people. They plan to double this by 2020 and expand into other business sectors including financial services.

There are still 663 million people in the world without access to safe drinking water. Over 2 million people die every year from waterborne diseases and most are children under 5 years old. A child dies every 20 seconds from unsafe water or sanitation.

Many people walk up to 4 hours a day to collect water from the nearest stream or river and this task falls to women and children, meaning children without a safe clean water supply are unable to attend school.
