CUSI se dedica al desarrollo, elaboración y comercialización de productos de repostería saludable (mezclas para pasteles, pancakes y panes, galletas listas para comer) de origen vegetal, libres de gluten, mínimamente procesados, certificados orgánicos y de muy fácil preparación (conveniencia). El portafolio de productos es de origen vegetal (plant based), con esto queremos promover una dieta flexitariana, en donde se incentive el mayor consumo de frutas, vegetales, cereales y leguminosas. El modelo de negocio es transaccional en donde compramos directamente a productores locales materias primas a un precio justo, estas las transformamos mínimamente en nuestra planta de producción y comercializamos los productos a nivel local y regional en cadenas de supermercados.
