Db was founded in Norway in 2012 with the intent to redefine travel gear and enable meaningful journeys. Our mission is to inspire you to go out into the world in pursuit of your passions and to Do Better for our people, our planet, and the places you go. We believe that progress takes place when we journey out into the world. Cultures, people and experiences trigger new perspectives, inspiration and understanding. If we journey out into the world, we’ll come back better people. However, we do acknowledge travel as the conflict we wrestle with. We seek to enable better journeys through products where Scandinavian design meets superior durability, while improving our footprint as we go, always with a sense of urgency. Our design philosophy is based on durability, timeless aesthetics, versatile functionality and minimized impact. We acknowledge that everything we do has a significant impact on the planet and the people, from production, to transport and our own operations. However, we strive to be a responsible company that puts environmental, social and governance matters at the center of everything we do.
