We are scientists who are also builders. Our focus is on building custom homes that are healthier for our clients and their families. We are also known as Northern California’s authority on how to design and build a Passive House. While we do not design the homes we build, we collaborate with the best architects in San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Cruz County to help you create the home you’ve always envisioned living and spending time in. We build new custom homes, additions, and large-scale remodels involving at least 1000 sq ft. of an existing home. Through a complete and rigorous analysis of your project, we will offer you alternatives to the traditional or standard building materials and details to decrease costs and increase your home’s durability and efficiency while eliminating the use of toxic and off-gassing materials, ensuring your new home is healthier for you and your family.
