With a dedicated team, we've established Mercat Tours as market leader in quality, expert-led storytelling experiences of Scotland’s capital, WWI and WWII battlefields of Europe. Mercat Tours is led by the desire to look after people, building community before profit. The ground-breaking new project, ‘Our Stories, Your City’, launched in 2022 reconnects the disconnected vulnerable communities of Edinburgh with their city through storytelling, paid for by visitors’ donations and supporting Living Wage jobs, demonstrating tourism as a force for good.
