Our Global Leadership Team oversees the growth of the B Global Network and the B Corp movement around the world. This core group includes representatives from B Lab Global and each global partner organization in our network.
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, B Lab is governed by an independent Board of Directors, which approves organizational strategy, structure, and annual budget. The Board of Directors establishes Regional Advisory Councils to ensure continuous incorporation of best thinking and practices into B Lab's mission and activities, including creation of its standards. The Board also has ultimate decision-making authority on recommendations coming from the Advisory Councils.
