B Lab's Forces For Good Podcast Returns To Explore The Future Of Quality Jobs
21 JANUARY 2025 – B Lab’s award-winning podcast Forces For Good launches its third season, examining what constitutes a quality job in today's rapidly evolving workplace. The 10-episode series showcases how businesses are tackling pressing social and environmental challenges through compelling stories from global experts and Certified B Corporations.
Produced by B Lab, the nonprofit network behind the global B Corp movement, in partnership with social impact media company Hueman Group Media, the new season features host Irving Chan-Gomez in conversation with prominent voices in business and beyond. Guests include leaders from B Corps NatureSweet, The Guardian, Fairware, and Patagonia's Holdfast Collective, alongside experts from MIT's Good Jobs Institute and the Gates Foundation.
Against a backdrop of geopolitical tensions, accelerating technological change, and evolving workplace values, the series examines how employees are redefining their relationship with work. This series will explore how workers can demand more from their employers, look at how society and economic systems are contributing to rising inequality, and hear directly from businesses to find out what they are doing to create an economy that works for everyone.
Through diverse perspectives spanning multiple sectors and regions, the series presents actionable insights and data-driven solutions for building better workplaces. Topics include:
Progressive policy frameworks that can support the workforce of tomorrow
The emergence of alternative ownership models and worker-led governance
Corporate strategies for addressing climate change, aging communities, and technological disruption
